02-518-0680The "IP CALL" nurse call system is designed and developed by Thai engineers to suit users in Thailand and to genuinely cover what patient care requires here. We have brought a range of capabilities together in the "IP CALL" system. Our purpose-built devices connect easily to many kinds of medical equipment over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to pass alerts through to carers, and the system can raise emergency alerts such as patient fall detection, which can happen anywhere in a facility. The design starts from the safety and needs of both the carers and the people being cared for.
On safety certification, our equipment is certified to medical-device level safety standards, and it is antibacterial, resisting the bacteria that can build up on frequently touched surfaces.
IP Call nurse call system (IP-based network)
• The system can be programmed in many ways to suit the user, dividing calls into several types and priority levels, and accepting alerts from related equipment such as IV pumps, bed exit alarms and heart rate alarms
• The nurse station is a tablet touch screen with a handset for VoIP conversation, able to display both text and a graphical plan of the ward
• Connection to external devices gives confidence that patients are looked after continuously and quickly, through communication devices such as IP phones, mobile phones and smart watches
We have long designed and installed nurse call systems, fire alarm systems
and lightning protection systems for both private companies and government agencies.
